PVC Reglet

The Reglet Extrusion is moulded into the outer edge of a precast concrete panel to provide a continuous weather resistant slot opening for insertion of a sheet metal flashing to allow rainwater, that runs down the outside face of the wall panel, to be shed onto an adjoining roof. This product saves the need to diamond cut a slot in the panel when in position.

Installation

The Reglet is laid, face down, on the floor or base surface of the mould and fixed to that surface with suitable adhesive to prevent movement during pouring of concrete and allow removal from the surface when lifting. When panel is installed the outside face of the exposed Reglet is cut with a knife to open the closure flap.
