Precast/Panel Connections

Cast-in plates are used in precast panel to panel connection, panel to steel connections and floor to panel connections. These plates are available in different types and sizes. The cast in plates are available with ferrule’s and without ferrule’s. The sizes available range from 200x150mm to 600x200 mm.  

Cast in plates can be used for near face applications using cast-in plate chair’s.

  For recessed cast in plates you can also get re-usable, easy to clean and cost effective HDPE recess formers, These are easy to install and can be removed with just a tap of a hammer. These recess formers are available for all plate sizes and are available in internal, external and edge placements.

To join the plates, joiners are available. These joiners are often referred to as stitch plates. Joiners are available in flat, corner  and clip plates types. Multiple sizes are available in each type.
